That’s the gap HowToCheckOil.com was built to close. Founded in 2018 by a team of mechanics who were tired of seeing perfectly good engines ruined by avoidable oil neglect, we set out to build the internet’s most practical, trustworthy, and beginner-friendly resource on engine oil and car maintenance.
